NOTE - A requester must stick to a number of rules in Morton County if they wish to secure records in-person. Firstly, the Morton County office is open between 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m and 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m last day of the month CST from Monday to Friday. A requester must bring a photo ID with them too. These can include driver's licenses, state IDs, and more. Requesters must also put each public record request in writing in Morton County in order to be successful.
