NOTE - If a requester in Edwards County wishes to receive a record in-person, they must follow a number of rules. The office is only open between 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday. In order to be granted a copy of a record, a requester must also be able to show some form of photo identification. Acceptable photo IDs include driver's licenses and state IDs. Every public record request must be put in writing to be successful.
