NOTE - If a requester wants to attain records in-person, they must follow a number of rules in Jackson County. Firstly, the office is only open from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. CST. Photo ID is needed to attain records in-person in Jackson County.
