NOTE - A requester must follow a number of rules in Pottawatomie County if they wish to get records in-person. Firstly, the Pottawatomie County office is open between 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday. In Pottawatomie County, a photo ID is needed to obtain records in-person.
