NOTE - There are several rules in Haskell County regarding obtaining records in-person. Firstly, the Haskell County office is open between 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. CST from Monday to Friday. A requester must bring a photo ID with them too.
